Day in my life 8.6.24

Summer break is one of the best times of the year. It means no school and lots of fun indoors! As a 7th grader, my summer days are filled with exciting activities at home. In this essay, I will share what a typical summer day looks like for me, from morning until bedtime.

I usually wake up around 8:00 a.m. during the summer. I get out of bed, brush my teeth, and get dressed in comfortable clothes. For breakfast, I like to have bread with some cream cheese on it. After eating, I do my homework so I don't have to do it later.

After breakfast, I enjoy spending time doing indoor activities. I might play video games on my phone or my laptop. Sometimes, I try out new recipes and bake cookies or brownies sometimes it doesn't end up well. I also enjoy spending time with my bird with is a blast most of the time. I don't really understand them soo yeah!

For lunch, I usually have rice and daal with some spinach  and some sauce on the side. After lunch, I might watch a movie or play board games with my siblings. I think diner is a special time for my family. We often cook together and enjoy meals like spaghetti or stir-fry. After dinner, I have a dance class that I really look forward to. I practice different dance routines and learn new moves, which is a lot of fun. Dancing helps me stay active and is a great way to express myself. After dance class, I get to have a sleepover with my friends. We usually set up a cozy space with blankets and pillows, watch movies, play games, and share snacks. It’s a great way to end the day with laughter and fun.

Even though we stay up a bit later during a sleepover, we eventually start winding down. We might talk about our favorite parts of the day or play a quiet game before getting ready for bed. I brush my teeth, put on my pajamas, and snuggle into my sleeping bag. As I fall asleep, I think about all the fun we had and look forward to more adventures the next day.

In summary, my summer break is full of fun activities and quality time at home. Each day is a mix of playing games, doing crafts, cooking, dancing, and having sleepovers with friends. Even though I stay indoors, summer is a special time that I always enjoy and remember fondly.

Horse riding Day 2

 Hi Everybody, this is what I did in horse riding camp. First off we groomed and tacked up the horse we rode "Vandy" and my partner went first riding. While they were riding we painted horse shoes to keep for ourselves. After that we went riding. After riding we untacked and had lunch. After lunch we played in the water which was really fun and wet. After that we were learning the parts of a saddle which was really boring. And after that we played a game called hello neighbor. After that we were petting horses. After we were learning about the different kinds of bit's. After that the vet came and was helping a horse. (It was so disgusting.). So while that was happening me and one of the counselors there were checking all of the water buckets to make sure they were clean and full. They were. So we went to the automatic water fillers and cleaned those instead. And that is what I did in horse riding camp!

Horse Riding Day 3

What I did today in horse riding camp. First I woke up at 6:30 am and I was very sleepy but I still woke up. I went downstairs and I made my lunch which was a Nutella sandwich, 3 packs of goldfish and watermelon which spilled everywhere! And I made my breakfast which was a Nutella bread and a banana. Then I went to go change my clothes and I got ready for the day doing my skincare and my hair. I put my hair into twisted braids which are very easy for me. And I just make sure everything is ready to go. And then we leave in time just in time before I am late. I put my things down in my cubbies and I walk around petting some of the horses. And then they call us to the front. We play a game of neighbor before we start riding. We start grooming and tacking up the horse that we rode. Her name was MJ the horse we rode.
